Solution owner – Marketing Automation & CRM

At Comark, we’re looking for a Solution Owner – Marketing Automation & CRM to work with our client, and help shape the future of their marketing solutions. Your responsibilities consist of...

  • Serve as the key contact for marketing technology, ensuring systems adapt to business needs and trends.

 

  • Manage marketing platforms (e.g., CRM, automation) to align with the overall MarTech ecosystem.

 

  • Translate marketing needs into clear, actionable plans for technical teams or for implementation by yourself.

 

  • Create and manage a roadmap to enhance marketing campaign management and customer interaction systems.

 

  • Work closely with marketing and engineering teams to ensure efficient implementation from design to validation.

 

  • Monitor platform performance and update stakeholders regularly to maintain smooth operations.

 

  • Stay current on marketing technology trends, offering fresh ideas and opportunities.

Who we are looking for...

  • Solid understanding of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and their integrations within a larger MarTech ecosystem (experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms is a plus).

  • Experience in managing marketing technology projects (around 2 years or more is ideal, but we’re open to various backgrounds).

  • Great communication skills – you can translate complex ideas into clear and understandable concepts for different teams.

  • A natural team player who enjoys working with people across different functions, from marketing to technical teams.

  • Ability to think pragmatically and solve problems efficiently, with a focus on making solutions customer-centric.

  • Language skills: Fluent in English, and either French or Dutch.
