In order to provide a complete package of services towards our clients, we are looking for a technical solution specialist:
What you will do:
- Work and collaborate with the team on assigned projects;
- Provide reliable delivery of projects through your role as expert in the application, when it comes to methodologies, projects and technologies;
- Streamlining processes by using APIs;
- Provide deep knowledge and experience with technology including solution configuration, solution functionality and troubleshooting;
- Be able to map customer requirements/needs and solution design using different tools, techniques, and interfaces;
- Participate in product and solution training to acquire and maintain a detailed level of product knowledge.
What we are looking for:
Must haves:
- Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript or APIs
- A problem-solving mindset
- +2 years of experience
Nice to haves:
- Digital marketing technology experience: marketing automation, CDP, CRM & campaigning, customer intelligence,…
- Knowledge of a marketing platform, like HCL UNICA, SAS Marketing Automation, SAS CI360, Adobe Campaign, Selligent Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud,…
- Process automation using IPAAS platforms
- Campaign planning, execution, segmentation, analytics and targeting techniques (some SQL knowledge might come handy);
